Bookings and payments made on this site are subject to our service terms, including cancellation and refund policies.

Booking & Payment

All appointments should be booked in advance to ensure availability. Clients may be required to provide valid contact details at the time of booking. Payments must be made as per the spa’s accepted methods, either in advance or at the time of service.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least a few hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to charges. Any refunds, if applicable, will be processed at the discretion of Jasmine Thai Spa.

Service Limitations

All services are provided for relaxation and wellness purposes only. The spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unsuitable or if any health condition may affect the safety of the treatment.

User Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and maintain appropriate conduct within the spa premises. Any inappropriate behavior may result in refusal or termination of services without refund.

Privacy

Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal details are kept confidential and used only for booking, communication, and service improvement purposes.

Liability

Jasmine Thai Spa is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the visit. Clients are advised to take care of their valuables and inform staff of any health concerns before treatments.
